Bound in contemporary vellum, likely original to the edition
Features blind tooling with central medallion and corner ornaments on both covers
Original endpapers, hand-sewn spine structure, and period-appropriate paper
Light shelfwear, old stains, and a small tear to the rear lower cover
Some marginal damage due to historic insect activity (paperworm), no loss of text or illustrations
