Very rare AS of Domitian. However, in this extremely high condition. Reference: RIC II.1-389; BMCRE-367. It comes from a HIGHLY PRESTIGE INTERNATIONAL Auction.
Bronze AS, 92-94 AD, Rome.
Obv.: IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM COS XI CENS POT PP, laurelled bust facing right, with aegis. Rev.: VICTORIAE AVGVSTI, Victory standing left, holding a palm frond and a shield with inscriptions on the trophy; SC on both sides of the trophy in the lower left field.

Rarity: Rare.
Diameter: 27 mm. Weight: 10.05 g.
It was probably issued to celebrate Gnaeus Julius Agricola's victory in Britain. The date of issue makes a very late reference to Judea Capta unlikely, and the Dacian Wars did not begin until 85 AD.
