Each tray showcases a unique scenic vista, finely rendered in gold and colored powders, capturing the serenity and elegance of Edo-period Japan. The central motifs depict landscapes with rivers, boats, travelers, and traditional homes, framed with inscriptions and seals attributing them to Utagawa Hiroshige, one of the most influential ukiyo-e artists in Japanese history.
